Author Bio
Afton Howard was born and raised in Ft. Meade, Florida. As a young scholar, Afton had a love for writing, singing in her church choir, and participating in oratorical contests. At a very young age, Afton knew she was destined to be a career woman and inspirational speaker. Afton has become a young career-motivated enthusiast. She has studied Business Administration and Business Management at California State University Northridge and College of Southern Nevada. For more than 20 years she has dedicated herself to helping others enhance their skills and obtain careers in the field of customer service. Afton has built a solid career on the front lines and behind the scenes in Aviation to help create a dynamic customer service environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her passion for training and development has motivated her to develop other new and aspiring career builders and is passionate about training.
